Cancellation and refund policy:  If you cannot attend a course, you may contact SURV in advance to transfer to a future session, or send someone to take your place.  If you need to cancel your attendance, SURV will give you a complete refund if you cancel one week before your course begins.  To cancel, simply call SURV at 1-800-354-2616 or email training@surv.com  If you cancel with less than one week's notice, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee.
