At SURV, we know nothing is more important to our customers than good service and quick turnaround for any security system repair or upgrade. We pride ourselves in the exceptional service we provide, not only in the field but also at our in-house service center.

Bench Technicians and Diagnostic Ability
SURV has recruited some of the most qualified in-house bench technicians in the security industry. Factory-trained and certified in numerous video and security products, our bench technicians attend training courses regularly to stay abreast of technological changes. Utilizing the latest diagnostic equipment, our technicians are capable of repairing video equipment down to the individual component level. Historically, we have been able to complete 90% of all repairs without returning equipment to the manufacturer. Specifically, rather than having our clients wait the industry norm of 4 to 6 weeks for an item to be repaired, we are able to turnaround most repairs within 48 hours.

At SURV, we are able to service virtually any manufacturers’ equipment even if it was purchased from another security integrator or from the manufacturer itself. SURV is a designated repair provider for Sensormatic, and a factory authorized warranty repair provider for Panasonic, Sony, Integral and CBC.

Parts Inventory and Security Service Management System
With a large inventory of parts at our fingertips, we are able to expedite customer repairs more efficiently. Within 24 hours of equipment arrival to our center, a diagnostic courtesy call will be made to you to describe the initial analysis of your equipment, outline your options, and mutually decide on a course of action.

All security system repair work performed on equipment is tracked through our service management software which allows for accurate tracking of orders and repairs while expediting your requests more efficiently. A history of your equipment is also created for future reference.
