In-Field Service

   

Surveillance Specialties (SURV) provides in-field repair services for all products that we sell.

We have the largest number of factory trained personnel in the region. All of our technicians are cross-trained on a variety of access control, video, intercom and intrusion detection products. SURV’s emphasis on product training enables us to provide a level of service that is unmatched in the security industry. In addition, SURV recognizes that providing timely service to our clients is critical. Accordingly, we respond to critical system issues within the same day, and non-critical issues are usually handled within two business days.

All of the products that are sold by SURV are backed by a standard one-year manufacturer warranty. Once the manufacturers warranty period lapses, a customer can request service by SURV on a time and materials basis, or purchase an extended service contact from SURV that covers parts and/or labor.
