As a full-service provider of security integration services, SURV is able to not only install (link to install page) a wide variety of security equipment, but SURV also has the ability to repair most devices immediately in-field (link to service page), or repair more extensively damaged items in-house (link to repairs page). 

To better service our customers, SURV offers three types of structured, annual service agreements.Our premium agreement is the Platinum Agreement that provides 24x7x365 support and includes all parts and labor.  Our Gold Agreement includes standard business hour coverage, but not parts.  Our Silver Agreement does not include either parts or labor (T&M), but does guarantee an enhanced response time.  Lastly, in certain instances SURV has the ability to contract out a dedicated service technician for a set period of time at a pre-negotiated rate.  

To further augment our support offerings, SURV carries a wide inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure that we always have critical access control and CCTV parts on-hand, which in turn allows us to minimize customer down-time.  In addition, SURV maintains an extensive collection of loaner equipment that is available to all service agreement subscribers.
